UPDATE: the new shot is a real in-game menu shot!

me iron and albatross are still making out everything that will be in the mod, if you have any ideas concepts or suggestions post them here. this is for anyone to contribute =). this is also a massive long-term project so dont freak out if it isnt done extremely snappy.

so heres a couple new weapons and classes for NomX that will either be balanced and thrown in or shot out.
Name:A12G
Full name:automatic 12 gauge shotgun
Class:weapon
description:shoots a 3 shot burst of a shotgun with slightly less scattershot, only avialable in stage two(maybe three for tyrants?"
damage specs:1 shot full on=20 hp reload time is 4 seconds has 15 shots per clip and holds 3(maybe 4-5?) clips. costs 550c the model is for a Automatic weapon, but it looks fit for an auto shottgun.
model of it, still in approval for usage.
this would pretty much replace the mass driver

i was comparing the current shotgun to your model
Current-
Full Hit= ~60dmg
Cost- 150c stage 1
Reload time= ~3 sec (correct me if i'm wrong)
Yours
Full Hit = 20 hp x3 = 60hp
Cost 550c
Reload time- 4 sec
Is it just me or do i prefer the other one better?

normal shotgun does 53 damage im pretty sure, hmmm then maybe ill change it to 30

If you want another idea...
You could create a new granger for stage 3, with more healt ( hp ) and , I don't know, poisonnous gas ( like the basiliks ) or some fog so humans can't really see the granger and it can escape.
I'm just bored ( and I don't think I'm the only one ) getting killed as a granger at stage 3, when the humans are destroying the Overmind and that you cannot build another one because you're giving free kills to the humans...( when they kill you )
I said fog because i don't think grangers should attack, but if you want to create a granger that, when you're shooting it, is throwing acid to you, it's your choice... =)
Badly I can't help you with that i'm not a programmer or a 3D designer...
( I did some 3D during a month with 3D Studio Max, but it was the trial version and I can't use it no more...)

its an AutoShotgun, but we are only gonna use a 3-shot burst, much more reliable.
also damaged on the A12G changed to 27 and 2.5 second reload
and kaze if you want to get back into model i suggest you google Blender modeling software
and the granger wouldnt work sorry

The 'Auto Shotty' is a Russian Fully Automatic Machine gun..... if you read deadra's post and not just use the pic then you might be able to research it more and find im right. Or just play WaW

Guess what? i've thouroghly read through that forum and White and Dea are helping with the NomX models so shut your trap, i wasnt stealing screenshots, they are gonna give us the ability to use them.
i know its for an automatic, but me and all the other NN members have talked it over on teamspeak, and we want to use it as a Auto Shotgun.
please dont come here to post shit like this, this is for NomX not " you copied!"

I also though your "auto shotgun" model was from CoD 5, but if you can use it for Trem, this is really nice
( I thought you ( or maybe someone else ?? ) made it with Blender, Maya, 3Ds or something =D ), but it has a really nice look and I hope that I'm going to see the results of your work ( I said your, but is there other members working on it ( maybe Iron ??)) in your mod...
btw I really like your mod, it seems to be really cool.. ( I wrote "seems", but if you know another english word to say " it looks like", let me know... )

Maya is for advanced 3D "movie" development, not so much for video games.
seems is a good word.
that gun was made in blender by a friend of mine who is doing the models for us, all these models are made by that either that person, or FoA^white.
the project is open for anyone to contribute to it, its a group project.
