Let me clarify: Me, Iron, and Player are in charge. Player is temporarily an admin while Tam is gone.

nice, i dont liek the way u decided, ramdom seems wiered tbh, should just choose an admin as they are second in command and you should've chosen by a poll. In my opinion its annother example of you deciding without consulting...

Tamaru is establishing a chain of command for the future. It's a very reasonable thing to do and I wouldn't get my panties in a twist about it yet abc, no-one's forgetting you .
